The founder-chef.
In 2009, I opened the first Yuzu in Pyrmont, with a simple dream — to create Japanese food that was honest, approachable and made for everyone.
What began as one small neighbourhood restaurant became the beginning of the Yuzu journey.
Today, I continue to work alongside our chefs and team as we build the next chapter of Yuzu together.
